Terms governing the use of AI USM services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Welcome to AI USM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI USM service, including our website (aiusm.pro) and iOS mobile application, provided by USM Tech Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").
  • By accessing or using AI USM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AI USM. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

AI USM is an AI-powered emotional health and self-reflection companion that provides conversational experiences through text, voice, and video to support emotional well-being and mental health. Our service uses proprietary artificial intelligence technology, including emotion recognition and empathetic response generation.

CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

  • AI USM IS NOT a medical device, medical service, or substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • AI USM DOES NOT provide medical diagnoses or prescribe treatments.
  • In case of medical emergency or suicidal thoughts, immediately contact emergency services (911 in the US) or a crisis hotline.
  • AI USM is NOT a replacement for licensed healthcare providers, therapists, psychiatrists, or counselors.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must create an account to use certain features of AI USM
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AI USM to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
  • Harm yourself or others, or encourage self-harm or violence
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our AI models or software
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without a proper license
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in AI USM, including our proprietary AI technology, algorithms, software, and content, are owned by USM Tech Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of the content you provide to AI USM (text, voice, video). However, you grant us a license to use this content as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AI USM for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Available Plans

  • $20/month - Full access to AI conversational features
  • $3,000/month - 2,000,000 tokens per month

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@aiusm.pro. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AI USM is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI responses may contain inaccuracies.
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USM Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of AI USM.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to AI USM at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@aiusm.pro.
  • Upon termination, your right to use AI USM will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AI USM shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of AI USM after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
