Our Story

AI USM was conceptualized in late 2024 with a vision to create AI systems that truly understand human emotions and respond with empathy. Our development team is building advanced technology designed to achieve emotion recognition with high accuracy.

With Hub71 endorsement received in May 2025 and ADGM registration currently in process, we are establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, educational institutions, and fitness companies to implement emotionally intelligent AI across various aspects of life.

The group operates through USM Tech Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA, for the American market, and AI USM LTD, registered in ADGM Abu Dhabi under number 28022, for our UAE operations. We are implementing a strategic growth plan focused on healthcare, education and enterprise applications of empathetic AI.
